2nd annual Militello sausage making event

Keeping family traditions alive is important to me.  My great-grandfather, grandfather, and dad all made   homemade sausage.   Dad and I carried that on today. 

Hand ground and stuffed with natural casings.  17 pounds of Italian sausage, half sweet and half hot.  Great afternoon together.
