Wok inspiration
« on: November 25, 2019, 12:42:50 PM »
Thanks, Matt, for your Grill Therapy channel.  You inspired me to try Wok cooking.  I found this on offerup for $25.  Seemed like a good deal for stainless Weber.

Gonna give it a whirl tonight.

I got one of those with a package deal last year. I had fun cookjng on it . It better as a gathering thing with people standing around watching.

Are you kidding? This is one of my favorite accessories. It only take a small pile of charcoal and gets good and hot at the bottom. It’s almost foolproof. You can add smoke if you want but there is nothing better than an outdoor stir fry. It’s just so messy and stinky in the house.

Oh sorry for the shirtless guy shot but that was steak and pasta with red wine in the Weber wok.

I would HIGHLY recommend picking up one of these. They are fun and huge so you could cook for a crowd I’d needed. They are discontinued but I see them pop up now and then. Totally worth the money.

I never saw that style of wok before the video. I like it! Yet another Weber item that's been discontinued that I'd love to track down.

Wow, I've never seen anyone cook pasta in a wok till the above post. Innovation!

ISO: Dark red/crimson mist kettle (cooker condition). 18" preferred, but a 22" would be awesome too.
