I treated myself to a Larry Wolf special Pepper Stout Beef.
First on the smoker with Oak wood for a few hours.
The base is ready - no green peppers or jalapenos.
In the bath ready for the grill

Put'er on the gasser to reduce the liquid, so I can start my side.
