A big thank you to Michael for having me over yesterday. It was great meeting he and his family. He has quite a nice collection and his brisket was literally the best I’ve ever had. I will be picking his brain on my next brisket. Perfect bark and juiciness and the local hickory pairs absolutely perfect with brisket. Sorry I only took 2 pictures.
