Beer can Chicken
« on: June 30, 2019, 01:10:41 AM »
Thought I’d have a crack at a beer can chook.....
I decided to go with cider though
1 hour in and it’s smelling pretty good.....

Love Beer can chicken.  That's a cool little pan there.

That looks like a matador pan, you must be UK or OZ based?

Well spotted mate, Australia based.
FYI it turned out ridiculously juicy and tasty!
It would appear to be nearly impossible to stuff it up! [emoji106]

I picked up one of those pans and roasted some potatoes under a chicken on the rotisserie. Going to pick up some another pan as I’m so impressed with it.

Completely agree with you. Matadors products seem to hold up pretty well & are a great size.
That is also the matador chook stand... easy to clean!
(I don’t work for matador, just so you know)
