Any idea how to clean my Weber pizza stone?

I have had the Weber stone for like 6 months or so, after it cools down, after scraping any residue ( cheese etc with a spatula) I use a red scotch brite pad and rinse a little with water only ... let dry ... After you us it, it will never look like it did when you opened the box  :)

Thanks Griz400 I wasn’t sure if I could use something like scotch brite pad.
