Stuffed burgers
« on: March 20, 2019, 03:23:56 PM »
I finally got up to the cabin this past weekend, after being sick for the past 2 1/2 months.  Stuffed burgers sounded good.  I did them pretty much the same as I did in my press review.  Bacon, cheddar, swiss and onion all went in.  Toasted buttered buns with lettuce and tomato on the outside.

They look delicious.  Glad you could get back to the cabin and do some cooking.

No way!  That’s cool how the snow slid down and froze overhanging the roof.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Yeah that's pretty cool... literally :) I think I'd be moving that hanging do-dad back inboard a bit, so when that ice/snow lets loose, it don't get taken out!...
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

It's all good.  March is a weird weather month up here.  It was 0 out on Saturday morning, after a rain storm.  The cold shit is finally over.  The icy snow on the east side of the roof just works itself off with no damage to the gutter or anything else. A metal roof sure helps.
