So, wondering what everyone's go to dry rubs are, open discussion - pulled pork, ribs, beef ribs, chuck, chicken, whatever.  I'm curious to see what others use and why - bought or homemade.  Here are two I use:

Carne Asada
I love me some pork carnitas and the rub that I've landed on for most of my carnitas cooks is Cattleman's Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning:

Code 3 Spices Grunt Rub
This is a base rub that can be used by itself or combined with other seasonings.  I use it on chicken mostly or a base for something I want to doctor up on my own.

I have trusted Dizzy Pig for years. I love their Cow Lick for steaks. Their newer Crossroads is a traditional bbq rub I really like for pork shoulders. And their Tsunami Spin is a highly versatile rub that works on a lot of different meats. It is unique but not outlandish or excessively hot. For beef brisket and burnt ends I make my own from basic ingredients.
