Greetings from Joisey. I was a former professional chef and have been using Weber Charcoal grills since my fathers time in the 70's. I currently am employed by the parent company of Weber seasonings.

Joisey do you help with the spice combinations?  Weber seasonings are some of my favorite. Especially kickn chicken.
