Leffe is a good change of pace beer, but most of the time it's skunky tasting. That's been my experience here in Florida.

That is literally my favorite cut when it comes to chicken. When I do the kettle fried chicken these are my go-to.

I agree thighs are a favorite, along with leg quarters. Both are a great values, compared to beef.

I've never made KFC in 35 years of grilling. Maybe someday, I do own a vortex though.

. Wings on the 1960 and pizzas on the ooni! If you like making pizzas, I definitely recommend the ooni, it gets up to 900+F, and looks good on the performer!!!
