Super simple recipe that’s considerably open for experimentation.....
2lbs velveeta cubed
8oz pepper jack cubed
1can fire roasted tomatoes with liquid
1can cream of mushroom with 1 can water
1 small onion diced
1lb ground beef browned & drained
1 jalapeño diced
All in a pan.
Smoked 2 hours with oak.
Stirred every 30 minutes.
This one was very mild.
Next will have more kick.
