I did a ham the other night and had a lot of leftovers, so I thawed some chicken breast out and did my version of chicken cordon bleu. I took chicken, sharp cheddar, ham, and honey mustard and wrapped in Kitchen twine. Cooked on cast iron with butter, Alana Salt and garlic powder until almost done. I then let cool and wrapped with Crescent roll dough and baked on the grill until chicken was at 170 degrees. I had 2 that got a little cajun (That’s what we call it when the dough burns some) but other than that turned out great.Sent from my iPad using Weber Kettle Club mobile app
