Fell asleep on these and just woke up. The 18 wsm was still running on the royal oak lump I put in there this morning. Pulled the chuck roast, it said it was at 197. Pork was at 184.
Chuck roast fell apart when I took it off.

Put my coals out when I stirred them around or something, had to add more coal at 4 am. Pulled the pork off at noon, the sun had my screen on the digital thermometer all black, so I just pulled it. Turned out pretty good, I could have wrapped it sooner.
