My son and I and his BSA Troop just finished a trip to the Bahamas on a BSA high adventures Sea Base trip.  During which, we had dinner duty one evening (dinner for a crew of 13).  We decided to do yellow rice, black beans (with onion, garlic, seasoning and a bit of salsa), and grilled chicken burritos.  I cooked the chicken on the boat gasser.  What a unique experience!

The next day we caught half a dozen lobsters (just a few days into the season) and while I was not on dinner duty, the captain insisted that the dinner crew consult with me on the prep and cooking of the lobsters and three amazing trigger fish filets.  The lobster on the grill was amazing!  From catching the lobsters with the boys to cooking and eating them together was a truly special day!
