Pork ribs and the bacon I made last weekend.

Ribs were over cooked.  Cooked them directly over the coals and they went too long.  Still edible.

Bacon was spectacular.

Thanks Robert, your steaks looks really awesome too.  Trying to brush up my game for our beach trip in October.  Looks like my brother and sister in law will be joining us!  I'm looking forward to you meeting them.  They're 15 years older than us and she's originally from England.  Should be a fun week!  They bought battery powered bikes today to use on the island....
