Dry run for Thanksgiving as I've never done a roti turkey breast before.
8 1/2 Lb turkey breast on the C/B Roti. Needs about another hour to hour & a half.
Basting with a stock-based poultry seasoning, onion, garlic & black pepper mix.
3 hours at 350°
I probably couldn't have done it as it was so unbalanced as just a breast, but the adjustable weight on the C/B roti made it workable.
