Any interest in a "Weber" wooden disc insert?

Not sure if this is allowed so I apologize in advance if it's not...

I've had a few requests for the 1/4" wood 21" round Weber laser engraved kettle tops like I had made. I use them to turn my looker kettles into a Weber end table. I have one next to my bed as a nightstand. You can set it on the top grill strap tabs but it sits a little low for me. So I measured the height of the handle on a 22' grill, cut 3 wood blocks the same height, and glued them to the back at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and the center. The grill handles are at the 3 and 9 o'clock spots. So now the top is supported at 12, 3, 6, 9, and the center. It's very stable. And sits near the top, see my pic below. Or come up with your own method. Or use it to hang in your man cave. @Jeff @chiku18 @JEBIV @Plant_City_Mike each have one, maybe they can post their pics as well.

The would be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. I priced shipping from FL to California and it was $13.90. I would think that's as high as it would be, but I don't know for sure until I have an addy. I *think* up to 3-4 (maybe more?) will ship for the same price as one.

Each disc would be unstained, raw wood. Type of wood will vary but it will typically be very basic grained wood. Staining is simple and you can make it to match your interior. You add your own support if you want it.

Price would be $25 per + the actual cost of shipping. If I get more than 25 ordered I can probably get the cost to $20 per. Payment would be via PayPal, check, or MO.

Post here if you want in. Probably looking at a couple weeks - maybe less - before shipping.

I searched high and low for something like that earlier this spring.
Finally ended up having a friend that owns a cabinet shop make one
for me.  Makes a great work station when I am using the WSM's

Oh, and ..... $25 is a bargain.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Funny, I've also been thinking about making something similar (with some small differences) for a couple of months.

Very cool. Love the creative, utilitarian application of looker kettles. I'm in for 2.

What about making some for an 18" Weber?

Cool, so far it looks like around 10. We're halfway to dropping the price to $20.
If you want one copy and paste the list into your reply and add yourself to the bottom. When this goes 24 hours without an addition I'll place the order. @thinkblue I will ask about a 17" for an 18. I'm sure it would be the same price. If anyone's interested in one for an 18 indicate that on your order below. Tell your friends, and thanks!
