Recipe: sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and a dash of lemon pepper. Squeeze a good amount of yellow mustard, enough to coat, and toss. Let them marinate for at least an hour before cooking for better flavor, if you like your food salty spinkle a little extra SS on before you close the lid. Cook skin side up indirect with vents half open, or 300-400F until thoroughly cooked then crisp up the skin directly over the coals. These came out juicy and delicious, Mean Green does it again!
