Pulled beef on the summit grill

Cooked a chuck roast yesterday for pulled beef turned out great cooked 3 hrs. at 250 indirect then put in pan and added Johnny's French dip to pan and covered for 3 1/2 hrs. and let it rest in pan for 1 hr.

How hot did you take the meat?

It was 210 when I took it off and let it rest 1 hr. it was the best one that I have cooked.
