First Cook on 14.5 WSM

Picked up a nice WSM 14.5” off CL last weekend for 100.00. Firing it up for the first time today. Decided to do a chuck roast. Stay tuned for updates.

Hit the stall at 165. Wrapped with foil and back on the smoker.

Chuck roast is underrated! I made it for the first time a few weeks ago. I love that cut now!
