Custom kettle Projects.

First one is a One Touch Platinum frame. 26", Structo, Brownie, and a Spring Green are considered in that order.  Whichever works the best in that frame. Second one is a Performer frame with a small metal folding table. Structo and Slate are considered.

Working on the OTP project today and suspect some fitment and clearance issues on using 26" or Structo. But I will test fit them and see how it goes.

Both 26" and Structo won't work in both frames. Had Slate in the OTP frame but not sure if I want to loose out on the center lid vent. So, OTP stays as is. I may go Spring Green in the performer in the future, but it is new and I like the welded lid handle on it. So, I will use it as is.  So for now, this project is a no go.

Few pics.

That is a Smoke MT kettle in the OTP frame. The owner should have atleast mounted the front lid handle to take advantage of the special lid bale system.  That was exactly what I had in mind as a 2nd choice using my Slate or Spring Green with front lid handle mounted but still loses out on center lid vent. Going with Slate or Spring Green would still be one of kind, but ultimately I did not think it was special enough. 26" I tried but way too big.

Anyways, I removed the Structo lid bale assy. and it looks like it will work.
