So I have dabbled with some mods I’ve seen here and many have been functional but not to many cosmetic successes.... mostly due to my lack of skill.  I picked a gasser and made a table.  Pretty happy with the functionality.  Also, first run with the CGA.

It looks really great!!! Prefect first post!!!

As for the brie. I don't think it's brie but camembert (brie is triangle, camembert round). I'm doing that from time to time as a starter. Wrapping it in bacon (or ham) and doing it indirectly for approx. 20 minutes until it's soft.
Serving it with some bread baked also on BBQ. It's really a great and easy starter.

Brie comes in a wheel of various sizes
It is then sliced into pie shapes for sale.

You can also buy baby brie which is about
a four to eight inch wheel.  Perfect for the grill.

Yep, this is right. I just wrote what I thought it is. However, IMHO camembert is slightly more tasty when done on the BBQ.

I don’t know about the cga but my gga makes the table under it HOT. Check your table when using it and make sure its not getting super hot. That’s a nice looking table.
