That is a sweet picture! Definitely submit that for the calendar. How did it go? What did you learn? What would you do differently last time? I don't need to ask how the ribs were because I bet they were delicious!

Thnx Guys! Where do i submit that?

Considering it was the first run on this Weber, it went well.
I used charcoal wich made it a little more Challenging to maintain temperature.
But the outcome was great [emoji16]
