Smoked Meatloaf

Mix of ground chuck and sausage.   Included  bell pepper, onion, and garlic.   Egg binder with Italian bread crumbs.  Coated with my own bbq rub before going on the non-LE red Kettle I have named “Christine.”[emoji16][emoji594]Used some apple for smoke. 

Sorry.  Got consumed before plated pix[emoji51]
