I was picking up my 7 bone at Stater Bros on Xmas Eve and ran into to neighbor across the street.  "Hey Bob, you wouldn't be smoking a PR tomorrow would you"?  Yup, I am.  "Have room for one more"? Yup.

3 bone in the 14" and 7 bone in the Summit Grill.  Tried a new butter garlic and herb rub.  Thanks for looking.

I think the butter just helped keep everything on.  Just like using mustard or Mayo as a base.  The drippings were fantastic though.

So many great Christmas cooks that happened here. Came down with the flu just as Christmas weekend was arriving, and still recovering a bit, but I enjoyed watching everyone else's cooks!
