I'm curious if anyone has experience using one of these??


I was looking for a new rib rack when I came across this one and I can't decided it I should keep it sealed up as a 25 year old piece of weber history (copyright is 1993) or open and use as intended.
Wanted: Burgundy 18"

I am of the mind, if you have it, use it. Just keep the box and keep the rack clean.
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Thanks @hawgheaven, I generally agree. With this one my thinking is if it's a pain to use and clean then I wouldn't even bother. Looks like I might need to be the one to find out...

Thanks @hawgheaven, I generally agree. With this one my thinking is if it's a pain to use and clean then I wouldn't even bother. Looks like I might need to be the one to find out...

Only one way to find out... use it. If ya' don't like it, resell it.  8)

If cleaning is the only issue you have, consider spraying with PAM or similar before cooking and for cleanup just use some powdered Oxi-Clean and soak for a few hours then rinse. Very easy!
