Do you folks normally run with or without a lid when you go with a roti?
I've done it both ways. Here is to photos of lid off cooks. Roast and chicken.
I'm doing turkey soon with lid on.
Both lid off at about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Added a hand full of Briquettes about every 20 minutes. They came off great.
