So a few months ago I picked up an 18 wsm for a good price missing the grates and water bowl. So I put it up to flip, been a while no hits so I decided to clean it up today. It wasn't a heavily used smoker so clean up was fairly quick.
Bent out the lower arms out to accommodate a donated water bowl and lower grate from my grandpa's old Meco charcoal water smoker.
Came out nice and clean practically new condition now. Threw a cover and lined her up with the rest of the squad
So since I'm 98% gonna keep it I may do my thanksgiving turkey on it.
