Enjoyed the video. Tried your asparagus wraps with prosciutto and was feeling the need for a little heat and used pepper jack cheese tonight....really good. Will definitely be making it again. Almost did the thick ass pork chops too but family was craving lamb. Will try that another time. Thanks.

I’ve only made this once so I’m no expert but I did not season or use any olive oil and it came out really good in my opinion. The prosciutto has enough salt and flavor to keep it tasty.

Its not needed but next time I might  experiment and drizzle it with olive oil or possibly balsamic vinegar.
