Nothing special wings and boneless pork chops cook
« on: September 21, 2017, 06:05:32 PM »
Gen2 Performer upgraded w/ STOK CI grate and "vortex". Nearly full lit chimney of $2.68/15.4# KBB (at Target right now).

Meat marinaded separately in Wishbone Robusto salad dressing. No-flip wings dressed w/ homemade bbq sauce about 5 mins before pull. No thermometer used! @Schaefd2

Chops were nice and juicy. Wings are nearly impossible to F.U., imo.  ;)

They came off a STOK grill. They pop up on CL, etc, from time to time.
