Cedar Planked Meatloaf

It's been a while since I've posted any new cooks but this one I highly recommend from Kingsford.
Teriyaki Meatloaf Sandwich with Habanero Pineapple Sauce

It was very easy to make and the range of flavors was amazing.
Meatloaf made and planked.

Sautéd peppers and onions.

Finished and resting.

Assembly.
All gone and time to relax with a sunset.

Yes, absolutely. It gave it almost a minty quality, hard to explain but I'll certainly try it a again. Not sure if it matters but the planks I used were a bit thicker than most and I think they were branded by the Martha Stewart line from Macy's.
