My first pizza cook on the grill
« on: May 21, 2017, 04:48:42 PM »
I cooked my first pizzas on the grill tonight. Used a pizza stone and apple wood to add as little smoke flavor to out. It turned out way better than I thought it would!

Yes, it was a pre made crust. I didn't have the time or the ingredients to make it myself this time.

Nothing wrong with using a premade crust. That's how I started, then tried using some flatbread or pita then eventually moved to making my own dough.

Using the premade crusts takes one of the worries away when you're trying to figure things out.

Yeah, I wasn't real sure how to make the crust and did not want to buy it all and mess it up, plus I was under a little of a time constraint.
The premade crusts I got tasted really good as well.

Awesome... Still doing frozen pizzas. Premade dough is next on the list.
