It's probably around 100. So I smoke a pork shoulder, a.k.a. Boston butt, then make up a mixture of pork, cream chease, and smoked cheddar. Then use a frosting bag to fill cleaned out peppers. And of course wrap them in bacon. I personally think the smoked cheddar is the key.

I have a pepper rack, but it only does around 30. 😆 and believe it or not as that bacon grease gathers underneath those peppers and boils it makes those peppers slighltry wrinkled and perfect.
