Spare ribs on a Sunday

I got some spare ribs on today. Memphis Dust is the rub and plum SSP is the cooker. Using the snake method. Still debating whether I want to wrap.

Yeah, it barely fit. I should have trimmed it more but we will see how it turns out.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
