Camping bbq !

Got some pork side ribs with some Memphis Dust on them and then some beef ribs with S+P. Putting some Oak on for smoke and check em in 5 hours. Made the rib racks myself out of an old grate I had kicking around.

There's nothing to say you can't have good food while you're camping!  I'm curious about your setup though, is the blue tarp in the background being used to block the wind from blowing through the cooking area you've got set up?

Yep. Wind picked up this morning. It's been swirling to so the tarp is only effective 60% of the time.

The wind certainly doesn't appear to have detracted from the results.  The food looks good for sure.  Is that a Camp Chef stove to the right of the Performer?  If so, do you like it?  I was thinking about buying one but the sale I was watching ended so I'm keeping an eye out for them to go on special again.

Sorry about the late reply. Yes it is a camp chef stove. Buy one. You won't regret it. Makes cooking a treat. Puts out 30000 btu per burner.  Lol it melted my buddies coffee maker.

@Lightning , If a camp chef does come up again, GET IT, I have 2, a 3 burner on my patio and a 2 burner for camping... can not go wrong!!
