Turkey on Roti

Had some turkey thighs and decided to roti them in my basket. Looking good and almost done. A head of cauliflower in the drip tray.

Honestly.......getting the roti was the best accessory purchase I have made so far.  And the basket is perfect for anything that is in pieces and can't go on the spit directly. I highly recommend it to anyone.  Not expensive and really gives the roti a more versatile use.
