Yeah, it can be slightly irritating.....you can bump the temp up just a LITTLE, say 275+ a dab & it won't hurt anything later in the cook like this.....bark is set good, will help the stall end & you get done just a bit sooner....

You could also consider a quick double thickness foil wrap....if you like where the color is, that will help end a stall also.....

Do your best to allow it wrapped rest time after cooking & a brief breather to slightly cool.........makes quite a bit of difference, IMHO.... 8)

I love this kinda shit before here I just cooked food over done. never knew the science of it. like learning how to wrench on a car for the first time it's all new and exciting

This is after 9 and a half hours on the grill and 1 and a half wrapped in a cooler. It turned out excellent. Thanks for all the advice.
