I was going to originally use pictures in this post, but had way too many to sort through. My daughter suggested I try the iMovie app on my phone out and make a video instead. After a bit of training, this is what I came up with. It's only about 1-minute, with no audio.

I only made 2 pepperoni pizzas and they were almost identical in appearance, and cooked within minutes of each other. Pretty basic, but very tasty. I used oak bourbon barrel staves for the wood smoke. By far, these chunks have produced the best "wood fired" flavor for my liking.

You've got it down perfect, that is for sure!  Great looking pies as always.  I like the video format instead of pics!  Where did you get the WKC peels?
