Grilled nachos

My favorite thing I make on my Weber gourmet cast iron skillet is nachos. They pick up just a hint of charcoal that is amazing

I don't really have a recipe per se.  I really just wanted to highlight that doing nachos over charcoal adds a whole new layer of flavor.
On this one I used some left over pork shoulder from the weekends WSM cook, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, green onion, olives, jalapeno, re fried beans, salsa and sour cream.
used about 1/2 a Weber chimney spread out on the bottom and just rotated the lid 90 degrees every 5 minutes or so until done.

Oh yeah. I could hurt myself with those.
I like the idea of grilled nachos when it's too hot in the house to use the oven.
Eddie, go over there and get all of that wood, I need half a tree. Chop that tree.
And Charlie, go get me 2 gallons of gasoline out the shed.
C'mon, you wanna eat? You wanna eat?
