Huli-Huli chicken

I made Huli-Huli chicken, Hawaiian Pasta Salad, Grilled Pineapple, Red Pepper/Red Onion skewers and Grilled Mushrooms for dinner on my Performer last night. It was the first time I made it. I thought it came out great.

Looks fantastic. I like how you skewered the veggies and kept the chicken in quarters.... Very good idea.
