Assuming you have a rib rack, I'd guess 3 or 4, but the outside one might not get cooked.
I don't have a SnS, so I can't comment. I would run a 3-3 snake.
Good luck.

I fit 2 with ease. If I put an upper deck grate on I could do 2 more. I want to try baby back ribs and a snake on a 22.

Do you think Lowe's might have a decent rack or upper grill?

Maybe 3 racks will fit if I cut them and use the Vortex? What you think?

Yeah, IKEA holders are perfect😀 I'm using two at once to have more than 6 on my 22.

Those IKEA holders are cool. I have managed 6 racks on my 22 curling, double skewered and standing on end.

Just looked. That is extremely clever of you and surely can do the job of grilling full rib racks using two of these. Certainly cheap enough.

It's stainless steel and (at least in Europe) 6x cheaper than the original holder from Weber. Just take off the plastic caps before putting it on the grate.
