My first Weber cook
« on: May 07, 2017, 12:47:55 PM »
I am cooking baby back ribs for my first cook on my new performer. I am using kingsford professional charcoal and some applewood chunks. Hopefully everything turns out ok.

SWEET looking Performer. Just watch your temps, adjust the bottom vents for temp control, and leave the top vent wide open. Offset cook I assume...?
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.
