Turkey Thighs

Made turkey thighs on my grill tonight. Indirect heat in a pan and covered for over an hour, then finished on the grate. Very moist and tasty.

Those look mighty tasty. My wife has been talking none stop about having a 'mini-thanksgiving' meal the past few days. Was thinking about picking up a turkey breast. Seeing this photo makes me want to add turkey thighs into the mix.

What did you season your bird with?

Those look really good.  Usually you can find them fairly cheap.  Nice cook!

We like our thighs seasoned with garlic powder....and a bit unusual......curry powder. That adds the needed salt and makes for a tasty flavorful meat.
