My first poortex chicken wings.

Sauced up and ready to come off.





I left both vents wide open. Temp reaching up to 550f to 600f plus at times. Trying to see if I can get real crispy wings but worried about burning. Surprisingly did not burn at all. Turned out quite nice.

I just hope nothing harmful comes off the cheap SS poorlex as it gets extremely hot.
