first ever with cast iron

tri tip with weber steak and chop seasoning. basement potatos and whole carrots

came out really good. only used the ring to keep the carrots from falling through. was too hungry and forgot to take a finished picture lol

That's a very interesting set up. What the outer material made from? It's looks almost reflective in the pic.

stainless steel , it was on sale at bed bath and beyond. pretty awesome thing, there was another post that tipped me too it

Very cool. I also ordered one when I saw the lowered price. It won't fit what I have for an 18 - a '69/70 patent pending. Using it will have to wait until I come up with a newer 18. Or I can give it to my son - I bought him a JJ to take back to Idaho for lineman school.
