@TartanAvenger, do you do all the prep work in the parking lot too? Or do you prep somewhere else before arriving on site? Would love to see your mobile prep area if the former.

I usually put out a demo table and prep right there . I'll take pictures today. I'll be training people on gas, charcoal, iGrill, gs4, in the Baltimore area today.

Cool... I'm totally enthralled with your parking lot cooks, and am curious about the logistics of your prep and cleanup stations.

Do you travel all over the States, or just within your region?

I usually prep on a wee side table. Use gloves and a tiny trash bin. Clorox wipes. I run in to lowes or home depot and use their break room as a micro prep station. It I prep right in the grill as I go
