Cool... I'm totally enthralled with your parking lot cooks, and am curious about the logistics of your prep and cleanup stations.

I like the kettle lid on the ground. It's still my preferred place to put the lid over using the bale or a lid hook.

I usually put out a demo table and prep right there . I'll take pictures today. I'll be training people on gas, charcoal, iGrill,  gs4, in the Baltimore area today.
