Kettle pizza opening dimensions

Can someone please post the dimensions for the opening on the Kettle Pizza? Bottom length, top length, height, radius of curve. If you have the lid, the dimensions of the two holes would also be appreciated.

I am working on a DIY project and want to mimic the KP as much as I can.
