My oldest daughter and I took down almost 20 wings and I had a few stuffed sweet peppers for myself.



I really had an enjoyable time doing this cook, while watching the Super Bowl. I don't think I missed one minute of that game...WOW!!!

Smoked a butt and a few chicken breasts Saturday to make pulled pork enchiladas and buffalo chicken dip for game day.
Threw in a few poppers too! The pulled pork in the enchiladas was amazing. Luckily there was some smoked chicken left over so I'll be making chicken enchiladas tonight.
