Pork was injected with Italian dressing (strained ) and apple juice. First time doing this and was freaking delicious. Took my pork to a whole another level with flavor.

Beef ribs on the red

The red is also sporting some new wood, thanks Brian, looks great!

And here's the Super Bowl line up, the performer will get wings closer to game time
